Leading contributors: Windward had four players score in double figures, led by Darius Morris’ 20 points and Wesley Saunders’ 17 points. James Johnson scored 15 points for Campbell Hall.

The scoop: Windward missed all six of its free-throw attempts in the fourth quarter in blowing a five-point lead in the final minute of regulation. But the Wildcats got two free throws from Morris with 6.9 seconds left in overtime to clinch the victory.

Why it matters: Campbell Hall had won 62 straight league games and 60 straight at home. Windward, ranked No. 1 in Southern Section Division IV-A, pulled into a first-place tie in the Olympic League with Campbell Hall, ranked No. 1 in Division II-AA.

Why it matters: A Cathedral victory could force a three-way tie atop the Del Rey League among Bishop Montgomery, Cathedral and No. 15 Gardena Serra. Bishop Montgomery defeated Cathedral, 73-55, on Jan. 28 and is coming off a 66-47 triumph over Serra on Monday in which senior guard Michael Panaggio and junior forward Richard Solomon scored 20 points apiece.
