Thousand Oaks’ Manship Signs to Run at UCLA

Sharon Manship of Thousand Oaks High has signed a letter of intent to run track next season at UCLA.

Manship, who placed second in the 300-meter low hurdles at last year’s Southern Section 4-A championships, has scored 4,544 points in the heptathlon this season. She is favored to win the 300 hurdles at today’s Southern Section championships at Cerritos and has a 37-11 3/4 best in the triple jump.
