Atascadero 42, Agoura 7--After spotting Agoura a 7-0 lead, Atascadero responded with 42 unanswered points as fullback Chad Dubrul rushed for four touchdowns and 231 yards in 21 carries at Agoura.
Dubrul ran for touchdowns of 19, 58 and 12 yards in the first half as the Greyhounds (9-2) built a 21-7 halftime lead.
Atascadero quarterback Knute Welsh threw only two passes all night, completing one for a 28-yard touchdown to Chris Wray early in the third quarter.
Dubrul’s final touchdown, on a 10-yard run, increased Atascadero’s lead to 35-7 with 3:00 to play in the third quarter.
Agoura (7-4) scored its touchdown on the opening drive of the game on a four-yard pass from Scott Heflin to tight end Shane Geringer. The drive covered 79 yards in 14 plays.
Atascadero outgained Agoura, 408-182.
