Mission Viejo’s Smith Set for Washington St.

Billy Smith, the top singles player on Mission Viejo High School’s tennis team, has signed a national letter of intent to attend Washington State in the fall.

Smith, who was a three-year varsity starter but missed most of his senior season with a leg injury, has a 3.88 grade-point average.
