In the 20-lap modified midget main event, Steve Welch of Gilroy overcame engine trouble to post a victory. Shawn Kautz of Palmdale, who won the 12-lap semi-main event earlier, finished a close second.
Trophy dash winners included Scott Campbell of San Diego in the thunder class; Kautz, who came from the back of the pack to win the lightning class; and Keener, who took the checkered flag in the mini-sprint division.
Fast qualifying times were posted by Jordan Hermansader of Palos Verdes in the thunder class at 14.417; Kautz in the lighting class at 13.797; and Steve Coehlo, who turned in a time of 13.299 in the mini-sprint division.
