Western’s Tiger Woods Among Golf Favorites

Western freshman Tiger Woods will be among the favorites at the Southern Section individual golf championships today at Canyon Country Club in Palm Springs.
Woods was the medalist at the Southern Regional competition May 6.
The top 22 finishers advance to the CIF Southern California Golf Assn. Championships, June 10, at Marbella Golf and Country Club in San Juan Capistrano.
