How Real is Racism in Today’s Sports World?
After reading and hearing the drivel coming from people such as Darryl Strawberry, Pascual Perez and Charles Barkley, I have come to the following conclusions:
1. Racism exists in our country. If you don’t believe it, ask some of the aforementioned individuals, who practice what they condemn.
2. Have a bad season? Fail a drug test? Blow a game? No problem, blame it on “insensitivity,” “racism” or any other catchword.
