Suspended defensive end Israel Ifeanyi might be cleared in time to play in Saturday’s game at California, according to USC sources. Ifeanyi, linebacker Errick Herrin and tailback Shawn Walters have been suspended after allegations they took money from an agent.

“It’s looking good for Izzy for Saturday, maybe another week for Errick, longer for Shawn,” said one source.
