PRO FOOTBALL DAILY REPORT : AFC : Seau May Miss Game Against Chiefs

Linebacker Junior Seau sat out Wednesday’s practice and remains questionable for the San Diego Chargers’ game at Kansas City on Monday night because of a strained right hamstring. Seau was hurt in the second quarter of a 31-16 loss at Pittsburgh on Sunday, and didn’t return.

Pittsburgh quarterback Neil O’Donnell, who hasn’t played since Sept. 3 because of a broken little finger on his passing hand, took snaps in practice and will start against Jacksonville on Sunday.

New England quarterback Drew Bledsoe, who has been nursing a shoulder separation since Sept. 17, wants to start Sunday night against the Broncos. Coach Bill Parcells will decide later.

Jacksonville Jaguar Coach Tom Coughlin gave the quarterback merry-go-round another spin, benching Steve Beuerlein and replacing him with Mark Brunell against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
