Outlook: The Eagles are loaded with talent and backed by a distance crew that won the league cross-country title last fall. Zeitler has standouts in nearly every event, with Fitzgerald and Blasdel leading in the shorter races and Murray and Whittington handling the distances. Fitzgerald finished fifth in the section finals at 100 meters (10.87). Blasdel has a range of talents from 400 to 800 meters and both hurdle races. Murray was The Times cross-country athlete of the year last fall; Whittington placed third in the league cross-country race.
