Barons, Oilers in Sunset Battle

The biggest girls’ volleyball match of the season takes place at 5:30 p.m. tonight at Fountain Valley High, when Fountain Valley, ranked No. 2 in the county, hosts top-ranked Huntington Beach in a Sunset League match.

Huntington Beach, 10-0 and 3-0 in league, defeated Fountain Valley (8-1, 3-0) in the O.C. Championships final last month. Fountain Valley’s only regular-season loss was last month to North Hollywood Harvard-Westlake.
