Ended an outstanding high school career as the school’s all-time leader in seven categories, including wins (28). To help Mater Dei finish the regular season ranked No. 1 and record the county’s only unbeaten league season, Kolbach did not lose anothergame after April 5. He also batted .427 with seven homers and 23 RBIs.
