Inclement weather made a long evening for the Lancaster JetHawks even longer Tuesday at the Hangar.

The start of the game was delayed 45 minutes by rain, then play was delayed in the eighth inning with the Modesto A’s leading, 8-0.

Kurt Airoso (Cal State Northridge) had two hits with a run batted in for Jacksonville (Tigers) in a 6-4 victory over Knoxville.

Class-A: Erasmo Ramirez (CS Northridge) allowed two hits in three scoreless innings of relief for San Jose (Giants) in a 6-4 loss to Modesto. . . .
