* Foothill running back Mike Liti had three touchdowns and 175 yards as the Knights defeated rival Orange El Modena, 45-7, in a Division VI semifinal. Liti had 46 yards rushing against the Vanguards earlier in the season.
* Quarterback Daniel Morales completed nine of 10 passes for 130 yards to lead top-seeded La Habra past Fountain Valley Los Amigos, 20-7, in a Division IX semifinal.
UPSETS
* Fourth-seeded West Covina South Hills defeated top-seeded Santa Fe Springs Santa Fe, 17-10, in a Division VII semifinal. Jeremy Payton caught the go-ahead touchdown pass midway through the fourth quarter and secured the victory with an interception with 40 seconds left.
* Lompoc defeated third-seeded Culver City, 40-7, in a Division X semifinal. Robert Adams and Matt Winn combined for 247 yards rushing in the victory.
