Coroner Identifies Man Fatally Shot by Police
From Times Staff Reports
A man fatally shot by Inglewood police early Sunday after he allegedly stabbed himself and lunged at a woman with two knives was identified by the county coroner’s office as Joshua C. Hawkins, 42, of Inglewood.
A police spokesman said an investigation into the shooting was proceeding, and an autopsy will be performed by the coroner.
