Update -- The Avengers’ Remy Hamilton leads Arena Football League kickers with 62 points. His 13 field goals are more than the combined total for nine other AFL teams. Quarterback John Kaleo is coming off his first 300-yard passing game of the season, when he threw for 327 yards and seven touchdowns in a 71-69 victory over San Jose last Sunday. The Avengers placed lineman Fred Ray (knee) on the injured reserve list and signed Asi Faoa. Defensive specialist Damen Wheeler was activated from the injured list, but lineman Bernard Riley (shoulder) will miss today’s game against the Crush. Colorado’s Damian Harrell is fifth in the AFL with 407 yards receiving. Crush kicker Clay Rush is second to Hamilton with 48 points. He kicked four field goals in a 74-69 victory over Arizona. The Crush will be without lineman Derrick Pickens, who has an ankle injury.
