Lynwood (12-1, 6-0) remained unbeaten in league play with the victory at Warren (4-8, 2-5).

Lynwood’s top doubles team of Stella Mancillas and Jazmin Zuniga improved to 18-0 on the year by sweeping 6-4, 6-1, and 6-2.

No. 1 singles player Brenda Galvan won three sets, 6-3, 6-3, 6-1, and the No. 2 doubles team of Alma Felix and Maria Gomez also won three sets, 6-3, 6-3, 6-0, for Paramount (7-4, 3-4) in victory over visiting Downey (0-6 in league).

NONLEAGUE

Kelly Griffith swept No. 1 singles 6-3, 6-0, 6-1, to lead host Upland (13-1). Lauren Saket swept No. 2 singles, 6-4, 6-4, 6-1, for the Highlanders, who also recorded sweeps in their Nos. 1 and 2 doubles matches.

ACADEMY LEAGUE

Capistrano Valley Christian 9, Whitney 9 (CVC wins on games, 62-59)
Capistrano Valley Christian (3-8, 2-5) won all nine sets in singles and Whitney (2-5 in league) won all nine sets in doubles. Capistrano Valley Christian clinched the victory when its first doubles team of Chloe Manasse and Capri Ruiz picked up three games in a loss.

ALMONT LEAGUE

Alhambra 17, Bell Gardens 1
No. 3 singles player Tina Zeng and the No. 1 doubles team of Helen Tran and Maggie Szeto didn’t lose a game in sweeping sets as visiting Alhambra (9-7, 3-3) defeated Bell Gardens (0-6 in league).

Keppel 10, Schurr 8
The No. 1 doubles team of Lauren Maki and Lina King defeated Schurr’s No. 2 team for the decisive tenth point for Keppel (11-5, 5-1) in a victory over visiting Schurr (9-3, 5-1). The Aztecs’ Amber Marsden won three sets, 6-1, 6-0, 6-0, at No. 1 singles.

ALPHA LEAGUE

Maranatha 11, Cerritos Valley Christian 7
No. 1 singles player Elizabeth Carpenter won all three sets without losing a game, No. 2 singles player, freshman Natalie McNall, also swept, 6-0, 6-1, 6-1, and freshman Carla Yee won two of three sets at No. 3 singles for Maranatha (12-3, 10-0) at Valley Christian.

BASELINE LEAGUE

No. 1 player Kelly Griffith won three sets by 6-0 scores and Upland (12-1, 6-0) captured all nine singles sets and won its twelth consecutive match since dropping its season opener.

Adeline Yang of Peninsula (12-0, 5-0), ranked No. 1 in Divsion I, played two sets with Jessica Hawke, winning 6-2, 6-2 and played a third set with Carol Suh, winning 6-1, against visiting Torrance (2-7, 0-4).

CENTURY LEAGUE

El Modena 18, Tustin 0
Lisa Hardebeck continued her strong singles play for El Modena (12-2, 5-1) as she lost only one game in three wins against visiting Tustin (2-10, 0-6). Hardebeck lost only three games in six matches this week. El Modena also got strong play out of its doubles teams of Ashton Morrison-Kalin Eshelman and Krista DeLille-Melinda Wise.

Villa Park 9, Anaheim Canyon 9 (Villa Park wins on games, 89-64)
Sherie Lawson of host Villa Park (8-3, 6-0), playing No. 2 singles, swept without losing a game. Dahra Zamudiour swept her No. 1 singles matches, 6-1, 6-0, 6-1, for Villa Park. Canyon is 3-3 in league.

CHANNEL LEAGUE

Santa Barbara 13, Dos Pueblos 5
Whitney Peterson and Roxanne Teti, playing No. 1 and 2 singles for Santa Barbara (11-1, 5-0), the No. 1 ranked team in Division II, had five wins against visiting Dos Pueblos (8-4, 3-2).

DESERT VALLEY LEAGUE

Palm Desert 14, Indio 4
Palm Desert, which substituted for all three singles players and for two doubles teams, improved to 8-1 overall and 4-0 in league with the victory at Indio. Julie Thorpe and Lauren Joy each won two sets at love in singles and Vanesa Abel won, 6-1, 6-0, at No. 3 singles for Palm Desert.

FOOTHILL LEAGUE

Valencia 15, Hart 3
No. 1 player Cassie Strange won three sets, 6-2, 6-1, 6-2, for Valencia (11-1, 6-0) in a victory at Hart.Hart’s No. 1 doubles team of Kelly Weston and Shannon Doherty improved to 32-1 in sets this season after winning three sets, 6-4, 7-5, 6-1.

Alison Ramos and Erica Liao each swept, 6-0, 6-0, 6-0, at Nos. 2 and 3 singles to lead host Troy (11-2, 5-0) past Fullerton (10-3, 2-3).

Senior Elizabeth Cao was subbed in at No. 1 singles after the first round of round-robin play, and she won both sets she played, 6-1, 6-0, for Bolsa Grande (10-3, 5-3) in the Matadors’ victory over Westminster La Quinta.Kim Pham recorded the only victory for the Aztecs (3-10, 1-7).

GOLDEN WEST LEAGUE

Costa Mesa 15, Ocean View 3
Costa Mesa (7-3 in league) swept all nine doubles sets to key the victory. Maria Garcia and Uyen Le improved to 25-4 on the season with a 6-3, 6-4, 6-1 sweep at No. 3 doubles. Garcia and Le have gone 15-0 since a Sept. 30 match against Estancia.

MARMONTE LEAGUE

Agoura 9, Simi Valley 9 (Agoura wins on games, 74-67)
Blair Brzeski won her three sets by scores at No. 1 singles and Agoura (7-5, 4-4) won all nine singles sets overall, but Simi Valley (7-6, 2-6) won all nine doubles sets to close the gap.

Calabasas 16, Westlake 2
Amanda Fink and Kristen McVitty of Calabasas (10-0, 8-0), playing No. 1 and 2 singles, respectively, for the second ranked team in Division I, swept at love against visiting Westlake (5-6, 4-4).

Moorpark 10, Thousand Oaks 8
The No. 3 doubles team of Chelsea Modlin and Kim Kolibas swept, 6-4, 6-0, 7-6, to help Moorpark (6-2 in league) beat visiting Thousand Oaks (6-2 in league), which had Lauren Ritz sweep, 6-0, 6-0, 7-5, at No. 2 singles.

MISSION LEAGUE

Chaminade 15, Louisville 3
Chaminade, which was able to substitute liberally, improves to 11-1 overall, 4-0 in league.

Harvard-Westlake 14, Flintridge Sacred Heart 4
Junior Nathalie Zalevsky swept at No. 2 singles, 6-1, 6-2, 6-0, for the host Wolverines (6-2, 4-0) at Fremont Park. Flintridge Sacred Heart falls to 6-5 overall.

OLYMPIC LEAGUE

Campbell Hall 13, Viewpoint 5
Ally Krasnopolsky, Alison Wagner Michelle Sulahian combined to drop only one game in singles, with each winning 6-1, 6-0, 6-0, as Campbell Hall (11-1, 4-1) defeated Viewpoint at the Warner Center.

Crossroads 10, Buckley 8
Nora Wessel swept, 6-0, 6-0, 6-3, and Channer Miller swept, 7-6 (5), 6-2, 6-4, to lead visiting Crossroads (1-5, 1-4), which had lost its league opener to Buckley. The No. 1 doubles team of Lobel-Etani swept, 6-4, 6-1, 6-0, for Buckley (1-4 in league).

ORANGE LEAGUE

Savanna 18, Century 0
Bianca Tobias and Jene Mendoza each won three sets by 6-0 scores as Savanna (11-3, 6-0) earned its sixth consecutive victory in a match at Century (0-6 in league).

Arcadia 13, Glendale 5
Singles players Daniela Lee and Anna Hidane each dropped only one game in winning three sets and the No. 1 doubles team of Alda Karic and Lisa Li also won three sets, 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, for Arcadia (15-0, 6-0) in a victory at Glendale.

Corona del Mar 13, Laguna Beach 5
Freshman Allie Walters swept, 6-4, 6-3, 6-2, at No. 1 singles, handing Laguna Beach’s Claire Reitsch her first loss of the season, and the No. 2 doubles team of Miranda Young and Rachael Miller swept, 6-4, 7-6 (5), 6-1, to lead host Corona del Mar (11-2, 5-0), which is ranked No. 3 in Division I. Laguna Beach, ranked No. 5 in Division I, falls to 8-3 overall and 2-2 in league.

Northwood 17, Santa Ana Calvary Chapel 1
Joanna Pattugulan won three sets, 6-0, 6-1, 6-0, at No. 2 singles for Northwood (7-5, 2-2) in a victory over visiting Santa Ana Calvary Chapel.

Vi Truong and Lauren Okine, the No. 1 doubles team for Edison (8-7, 3-2), won their three matches by identical 6-1 scores as the visiting Chargers won at Old Ranch Tennis Club in Seal Beach. Los Alamitos fell to 8-2 overall and 4-1 in league.

Fountain Valley 9, Huntington Beach 9 (Fountain Valley wins on game, 72-67)
Fountain Valley (10-2, 4-1) clinched the victory with dominating performances at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles. Brooke Bartlett swept, 6-1, 6-0, 6-1, in singles and Amy Nguyen and Celia Truong swept, 6-3, 6-0, 6-0, in doubles. Huntington Beach falls to 9-2 overall, 3-2 in league.

Marymount 15, St. Mary’s Academy 3
Marymount (4-4, 1-0) won its league opener at St. Mary’s Academy.

Christina Paulsen and Cristina Markiewicz lost only three games in three doubles victories as La Reina (6-3, 4-1) won all nine doubles sets in its victory at Ventura College.

Carla Yee won all three singles matches and led a complete sweep in singles for Maranatha (11-3, 9-0) in its victory at Cal State Dominguez Hills.

CONDOR LEAGUE

Villanova Prep 16, Laguna Blanca 2
Lauren Sims and Ari Lujan of Villanova Prep (9-1, 2-0) swept their sets against visiting Laguna Blanca (2-6, 0-2) to remain in first place in the Condor League.

Autumn Khong and Jessica Gemmell of Beaumont swept their sets against San Jacinto.

Shiuti Modi won two of three sets at No. 3 singles for visiting Westridge (6-4, 3-3), beating the No. 1 and 2 teams from Webb (3-4, 1-3).

Liana Babich and Anna Litovsky swept at No. 1 doubles, 6-1, 6-1, 7-5, and Alana Johnson and Emily Housman won two of three sets at No. 2 doubles to lead host Beverly Hills (8-4), which is the top-ranked team in Division IV.

Marlborough is ranked No. 3 in the Division II coaches’ poll.

Campbell Hall 9, Harvard-Westlake 9 (Campbell Hall won on games, 66-63)
Kimberly DeLeon and Christina Cunningham, playing at No. 2 doubles, won, 6-4, to tie the score and allow Campbell Hall (10-1) to win on games. Campbell Hall, ranked No. 2 in Southern Section Division III, trailed, 9-7, during the final round.

Harvard-Westlake is ranked No. 6 in Division I.

Irvine University 9, Newport Harbor 9 (University wins on games, 83-77)
Betsy Wan and Erica Djen swept, 6-3, 6-3, 6-1, at No. 1 doubles to lead Irvine University (6-6).

Peninsula 13, Dana Hills 5
Erica Schweyer and Paige Weber swept at No. 1 doubles, 6-0, 6-0, 6-1, and Tania Mahtani, who is 30-1 in season sets, swept at No. 1 singles, including a 6-3 defeat of Christina Tan for host Peninsula (11-0). The Panthers are the No. 1-ranked team in the Division I coaches’ poll.

Dana Hills, which is ranked No. 7 in Division I, drops to 8-3.

Rosary 17, Sonora 1
Janille Pelina and Jill Shaeffer swept their No. 3 doubles events, 6-2, 6-0, 6-1, to lead host Rosary (5-8). Sonora is 2-9.

Tuesday, Oct. 12

ACADEMY LEAGUE

Fairmont Prep 15, Brethren Christian 3
Singles players Bianca Aboubakare, Carissa Aboubakare and Anya Walinowicz each won all three of their sets by 6-0 scores and Fairmont Prep (10-0, 7-0) won a match played at La Habra Tennis Center.

Brethren Christian dropped to 0-7, 0-6 in league play.

Oxford Academy 10, Whitney 8
No. 1 doubles of Elaine Kim and Ginnie Kim and No. 3 doubles Chanel Perez and Emily Choi swept to lift Oxford Academy (6-6, 3-3). Andrea Vo swept in singles for Whitney (3-6, 2-4).

Sage Hill 10, St. Margaret’s 8
Sarah Flynn and Alle Hsu swept at No. 1 doubles for Sage Hill (7-4, 5-1), which led 6-0 after the second round when Coach A.G. Longoria started subbing freely for the third-ranked team in Division V. St. Margaret’s dropped to 9-2, 4-2.

ALMONT LEAGUE

Alhambra 14, Montebello 4
Jacelyn Pha swept at No. 2 singles, 6-1, 6-0, 6-3, and Tina Zeng swept at No. 3 singles, 6-0, 6-2, 6-2, to lead host Alhambra (10-7, 2-3) over Montebello (1-4 league).

BASELINE LEAGUE

Upland 13, Claremont 5
No. 1 doubles Amanda Donson and Juliann Tang won all three sets for Upland (11-1, 5-0). Claremont, whose Cindy Dao swept in singles, dropped to 4-1 in league.

BAY LEAGUE

Peninsula 14, Mira Costa 4
Tania Mehtani and Rika Tatsuno each recorded sweeps in singles to lead Peninsula, the top-ranked team in Division I, to a decisive victory over visiting Mira Costa, the No. 8 team in Division I. Mehtani won her matches by scores of 6-1, 6-0 and 6-2 while Tatsuno won by scores of 6-2, 7-5 and 6-2.

Peninsula (10-0, 4-0), the defending Division I champion, didn’t allow any Mira Costa singles player or doubles team to win more than one match. In doubles, Emily Aston and Stephanie Chen remained undefeated for the season by winning 6-2, 6-0, 6-3. Tiffany Liu and Melissa Jackson recorded three victories by scores of 7-5, 6-0 and 6-3.

CENTURY LEAGUE

Brea Olinda 13, Tustin 5
Brea Olinda is 9-6, 1-4. Host Tustin drops to 0-5 in league.

El Modena 16, Anaheim Canyon 2
No. 1 player Lisa Hardebeck and No. 3 player Ana Cottle each won three singles sets for El Modena (10-2, 4-1) in a match at Anaheim Canyon (8-4, 3-2).

Villa Park 14, El Dorado 4
Alex Ponce and Melissa Stringfellow swept their No. 1 doubles events, 6-2, 6-2, 6-2, to lead host Villa Park (7-3, 5-0). El Dorado is 15-3, 2-3.

CHANNEL LEAGUE

Santa Barbara 16, San Marcos 2
Host Santa Barbara improved to 10-1 overall and 4-0 in league. San Marcos fell to 6-4 overall.

DESERT VALLEY LEAGUE

Palm Desert 14, Cathedral City 4
With the top three singles players out of the lineup, Lauren Joy swept, 6-1, 6-0, 6-0, for Palm Desert (7-1, 3-0), which is ranked No. 5 in the Division II coaches’ poll.

FOOTHILL LEAGUE

Burbank 12, Hart 6
Hart’s No .1 doubles team of Kelly Weston and Shannon Doherty improved to 29-1 this season with three doubles victories by scores of 6-4, 6-2 and 7-6 (11-9) but they couldn’t keep the Indians (3-7, 3-2) from losing at home. Burbank (10-2, 4-1) won all nine singles matches to keep pace behind league-leading Valencia. Katy Nikolova lost only one games in three wins, Natalie Rafaelian won by scores of 7-5, 6-1 and 6-2 while Lucy Youchkovets logged singles win of 6-1, 6-2 and 6-3.

FRONTIER LEAGUE

Malibu 15, Oaks Christian 3
Casey Zweig and Lisa-Marie Kohrs swept at No. 1 doubles, 6-1, 6-0, 6-0, for host Malibu, the No. 1 team in the Division V coaches’ poll. The Sharks’ (5-3, 1-0) singles players only lost one game on the day.

Nordhoff 15, Santa Paula 3
Emily Collins and Alex Paddock swept their singles sets and Irene Queraquincia and Amanda Lee swept at No. 1 doubles to lead host Nordhoff (6-4, 1-0).

GARDEN GROVE LEAGUE

Garden Grove 11, Los Amigos 7
Garden Grove (6-1 league) received sweeps from the No. 1 doubles team of Linda Lam and Anna Ngo, 7-5, 6-1, 6-0, and No. 1 singles player Tina Tran, 6-1, 6-2, 6-0.

Garden Grove Pacifica 10, Bolsa Grande 8
Taylor McLaughlin swept at No. 1 singles, 6-1, 6-0, 6-1, and the No. 1 doubles team of Bo Suh and Pim Laohavanich swept, 6-4, 6-3, 6-3, to lead host Pacifica (5-6, 4-3). Bolsa Grande is 9-3, 4-3.

GOLDEN WEST LEAGUE

Costa Mesa 17, Santa Ana 1
The doubles teams of Gwen Martinez and Anh Le, Leah Le and Hong-An Nguyen and Maria Garcia and Uyen Le each swept without dropping a game for Costa Mesa (6-3 in league play).

MARMONTE LEAGUE

Calabasas 17, Agoura 1
The Coyotes (9-0, 7-0) dropped only 10 games in sweeping the doubles over host Agoura (6-5, 3-4). Blair Brzeski and Lauren Setar swept in doubles for Calabasas, which is ranked No. 2 in Division I.

Jilli Schnitman earned Agoura’s only point with a 7-5 victory over Taylor French, who had already won, 6-0, 6-0.

Moorpark 13, Westlake 5
No. 1 Michelle Dokic swept, 6-0, 6-0, 6-2, for visiting Moorpark (7-2, 5-2). The No. 1 singles player for Westlake (5-5, 4-3) Katie McGraph won two-of-three matches, 0-6, 6-3, 6-4.

Simi Valley 16, Royal 2
Amy Dolan swept her No. 1 singles events, 6-4, 6-1, 6-0, and all three doubles teams also swept for Simi Valley (7-4, 2-4). Royal is 2-7, 0-6 in league

Thousand Oaks 14, Newbury Park 4
Danielle Erb dropped just one game and Lauren Ritz didn’t lose any as the two swept their No. 1 and No. 2 singles sets, respectively, for host Thousand Oaks (9-2, 6-1). Heidi Koenig and Abhy Taylor swept, 6-3, 6-2, 6-4, at No. 1 doubles for the Lancers. Alexa Mareschal and Nicky Leong won two sets, 7-6 (1) and 6-2, for Newbury Park (2-8, 1-6) in doubles.

Chaminade improves to 9-1, 3-0 while Alemany falls to 0-3 in Mission League play.

In a battle of No. 1 singles players, Jill Damion of Corona del Mar defeated Catherine Yoo, 6-4. Yoo went on to win two sets, 7-5 and 6-1, for Northwood.

Oxnard 11, Oxnard Pacifica 7
In a battle for first place, Oxnard (7-10, 5-0) took sole possession as Mykala Hedberg won three matches at No. 1 singles to lead the Yellowjackets at home. Oxnard won six of nine singles matches. Maria Sanchez and Lauren Wiggins paced the doubles by winning all three of their matches. Pacifica fell to 9-4 overall and 4-1 in league.

PREP LEAGUE

Chadwick 14, Flintridge Prep 4
The No. 1 doubles team of Carol Anne Cramer and Marisa Walton swept, 6-1, 6-1, 6-2, and the No. 2 team of Tiffany Ho and Caitlin Fowler swept, 6-1, 6-0, 6-4, to lead host Chadwick (8-1, 6-0) past Flintridge Prep (2-10, 0-4).

SAN GABRIEL VALLEY LEAGUE

Lynwood 14, Paramount 4
Gabby Gomez swept at No. 1 singles, 6-0, 6-1, 6-2, and the No. 1 doubles team of Stella Mancillas and Jazmin Zuniga swept, 6-2, 7-6 (7-1), 6-1, to lead visiting Lynwood (11-1, 5-0), which is tied for No. 10 in the Division III coaches’ poll.

Paramount drops to 6-3, 2-3.

SEA VIEW LEAGUE

Woodbridge 16, Laguna Hills 2
Samantha Reeve and Kelly Snyderman won three sets, 6-3, 6-2, 6-1, at No. 1 doubles to lead Woodbridge (8-4, 4-0), which took the upper hand in the race for the Sea View League title with a victory at Laguna Hills (8-5, 3-1).

SERRA LEAGUE

Mater Dei 10, Santa Margarita 8
Mater Dei’s No. 1 doubles team of Andrea Zamucen and Kelly Kawabe swept, 6-2, 6-1, 6-4. Mater Dei, which is ranked No. 9 in the Division I coaches’ poll, improved to 7-3, 4-0 and Santa Margarita fell to 8-2, 3-1.

Rosary 12, Lakewood St. Joseph 6
Brittany Hall and Krista Corciak swept at No. 1 doubles, losing only two games in three sets, to lead host Rosary (4-8, 2-2). St. Joseph drops to 0-4 in league.

Mission Viejo 16, Trabuco Hills 2
Pooja Desai swept at No. 1 singles, 6-2, 6-0, 6-2, and the No.1 doubles team of Andrianna Cole and Molly Corcoran swept, 6-1, 6-1, 6-1, to lead visiting Mission Viejo (7-3, 4-1).

SUNSET LEAGUE

Huntington Beach 11, Edison 7
Lauren Pascoe swept at No. 1 singles, 6-3, 6-0, 6-0, and Amy Kaufman and Stacy Kaufman swept their No. 1 doubles sets, 6-1, 6-1, 6-4, to lead Huntington Beach (9-1, 3-1) in an upset over Edison, which is ranked No. 10 in the Division II coaches’ poll.

Isabel Parkes won her No. 2 singles, 6-2, and Colleen Everett and Christina Shigematsu won their No. 1 doubles set, 6-2, for visiting Marymount (3-4). Windward drops to 2-4. The match was shortened due to time constraints, with four singles and four doubles teams playing one set only.

South Hills 13, Los Altos 5
South Hills (5-6) won eight of nine doubles sets to key the victory over visiting Los Altos (2-7). Shaina Yang and Yvonne Lu swept, 6-2, 6-2, 6-2, and Mika Matsumoto and Tara Dabuni swept, 6-1, 6-1, 6-0. Brittany Kunza also swept at No. 1 singles, 6-1, 6-2, 6-0, for South Hills. Jomie Liu won two singles sets for Los Altos.

Oxford Academy 10, Capistrano Valley Christian 8
Laura Mlynar won the only singles set for visiting Oxford Academy, 7-6 (11-9), over Hannah Harris to clinch the victory. Oxford Academy (5-6, 2-3) swept all the doubles sets, losing no more than two games in any set. Elaine Kim and Ginnie Kim played No. 1 doubles, Chanel Perez and Emily Choi were at No.2 and Tu-Han Phan and Michelle Baik were at No. 3.

Capistrano Valley Christian drops to 2-8, 1-5.

Murrieta Valley 10, Chaparral 8
The No. 1 doubles team of Sarah Harding and Brandi Markley won, 7-6 (7-5), 6-2, 6-3, to lead Murrieta Valley (7-4, 3-0).Nazlie Ghazal swept her No. 1 singles sets, 6-1, 6-0, 6-0, in the loss for visiting Chaparral (6-6, 2-1)

Lisa Li and Alda Karic swept their No. 1 doubles events, 6-1, 6-1, 6-1, and Anna Higane swept her No. 3 singles sets, 6-3, 6-1, 6-0, to lead visiting Arcadia (13-0). Tiffany Lee won two of three sets in the loss for San Marino (5-3).

Maranatha 10, Viewpoint 8
Sarah Harlan, in her first varsity start, and Diane Requena won a decisive 6-1 victory at No. 3 doubles to lead Maranatha (10-3) at home. Viewpoint is 7-4.
