Senior outside hitter Melissa Boer had 53 kills, eight blocks, 44 digs and eight aces on the day to earn the MVP award and lead Cerritos Valley Christian (17-5) to the tournament title. Boer had four kills and one ace in the 25-21 victory over Paloma Valley in the championship final. Sophomore setter Allyse Kramer had 106 assists and sophomore outside hitter Jillian Doornbos had 28 kills and 23 digs in the tournament, with each earning all-tournament honors. Junior middle blocker Jenise DeBie had 14 kills, 11 blocks and five aces to bolster the Valley Christian offense and defense.

Julie Rubinstein had 23 kills and Ingrid Reimer had 34 assists as Oaks Christian (17-5, 4-1) avenged an earlier loss to Nordhoff and pulled into a first-place tie with the Rangers in its victory at home. Nordhoff won the first match between the teams in five games.
