Is it raspberries in liquid form -- or something a little more? The first sip is unbelievably plush, an overload of raspberry flavor. Only a few minutes later do you realize it really is a wine, and a strong one: 16% alcohol. (Tough luck for kids.) Try it over ice cream or chocolate cake, add a splash to Champagne, invent a cocktail; the possibilities are endless.

Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice. Add the raspberry wine. Top off with sparkling water, squeeze in the lime and stir.
