Salad Encino

Time 20 minutes
Yields Serves 2 to 3
Salad Encino

Rub a wooden salad bowl with the garlic. Slice and quarter the cucumber; dice the onion, green bell pepper, gherkins and tomato and mix thoroughly.


Mix the oil, salt, pepper and vinegar and combine with the vegetables using a wooden spoon. Garnish with the red bell pepper slices.
