If you want to know why No. 1-ranked Corona Centennial is so tough to beat year after year, it’s because of balance on offense.

The Huskies’ ability to pass or run makes the offense very formidable to stop.

This season, Centennial has passed for 451 yards and rushed for 471 yards en route to a 2-0 record going into a Friday game against Orange Lutheran at Orange Coast College.

Anthony Catalano has completed 17 of 34 passes for 286 yards and two touchdowns. He also has rushed for 121 yards and one touchdown. J.J. Taylor is averaging 9.8 yards per carry with 275 yards rushing and five touchowns.
