Soccer: Cathedral ready to make another championship run in Division 3
If the summer is any indication, L.A. Cathedral will be tough to beat in its bid for a third consecutive Southern Section championship in boys’ soccer. The Phantoms should be No. 1 in Division 3.
Cathedral finished the summer undefeated and won the Downey tournament.
Juniors Manuel Garcia, Irving Arvizu and Michael Flota are the players to watch, along with senior Max Valdivia.
