Track: It’s a silver medal for Long Beach Poly’s Ariana Washington

Ariana Washington of Long Beach Poly finished second in the women’s 100 meters at the World Youth Championships in Ukraine on Thursday to earn a silver medal and be part of a one-two American finish.
Washington ran 11.40 seconds. Ky Westbrook from Arizona won the race in 11.33.
