Volleyball: Granada Hills to play Carson in City Section Division I final

Granada Hills, bidding for its seventh City Section Division I volleyball championship under Coach Tom Harp, will play Carson on Saturday at 6 p.m. at Roybal in the final.
In Tuesday’s semifinals, Granada Hills defeated Palisades, 25-19, 25-22, 25-19. David De Luna led a balanced attack with nine kills.
Carson earned a spot in its first ever Division I final with a 25-20, 23-25, 25-21, 25-21 win over Chatsworth. Jordan Molina had a big match for the Colts.
In Division II, Eagle Rock will play Venice at 3:30 p.m. Eagle Rock defeated West Adams in four sets. Venice defeated Bravo in three sets.
