The Sea Kings lead Sacred Heart 24-15 with 12 minuts remaining in the CIF State Division III championship bowl game at StubHub Center in Carson.
The teams traded turnovers in the third quarter.
Justin Hess recovered a fumble by Sacred Heart quarterback Mason Randall that led to Jason Neiger’s 31-yard field goal early in the quarter that extended Corona del Mar’s lead to 24-15.
