Kyle Wachholtz of Norco High, rated by SuperPrep Magazine as the sixth-best high school quarterback in the nation and No. 1 on the West Coast, said he has made an oral commitment to attend USC next fall.
Wachholtz completed 60% of his passes this season for 1,846 yards and 19 touchdowns, with nine interceptions. He led the Cougars to a 12-2 record and into the Southern Section Division V final.
