Mike Marrujo won his 100th game at Valencia High School as the Tigers defeated Troy, 35-0, in a nonleague football game in front of about 2,500 Friday at Fullerton District Stadium.

Marrujo (100-26-4) is in his 12th season as the coach at Valencia.

“Honestly, I haven’t thought about this 100th win stuff,” Marrujo said. “All it means is that I’ve been coaching awhile and I’ve been at the same high school a long time.”

Valencia’s offense made the milestone victory an easy one by rolling up 466 yards in total offense.
