ROUNDUP : CLU Women Win SCIAC Soccer Title
The Cal Lutheran women’s soccer team clinched the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference title Saturday with an 11-0 win over visiting La Verne.
Rachel Wackerman scored three goals for CLU (14-3, 11-0 in conference play).
WOMEN’S VOLLEYBALL
Cal State Northridge d. Cal State Sacramento, 18-16, 15-4, 9-15,15-8--Alison Wool had 49 assists to lead the Matadors (12-10) to a nonconference win.
COLLEGE CROSS-COUNTRY
Foothill Conference finals--Jean Harvey of Antelope Valley won the women’s title for the second consecutive year to lead the Marauders to a runner-up finish at Cal State San Bernardino.
