Bill Reynolds, coach of the Southern California College men’s basketball team, has signed two area players he says “will come in and have an immediate impact.”

Coming in the fall will be 6-0 guard Adam Dzierzynski, formerly of Santa Margarita High and Chapman University, and 6-6 forward Rod Scheuerman, who went to Tustin High and is transferring from Golden West College, Reynolds said.

Dzierzynski, who left Chapman after his sophomore year and sat out last season, averaged 15 points and nine assists in the 1994-95 season and made second-team All-Western Region.
