Desiree Davis had 20 points and Lindsay Knox added 12 points and made two free throws at the end of regulation to force the extra period for New Roads (3-1).

St. Monica 60, Locke 41
Kalia Williams, a 6-0 senior forward, finished with 20 points, 15 rebounds and five steals to lead St. Monica (2-2), which also got 11 points and seven assists from junior point guard Tatiana Moger.

Sophia Jackson had 15 points to lead Locke. St. Monica will play in the fifth-place game Saturday at 10:30 a.m.
