H-o-t hot boneless buffalo wings

Heat the oven to 375 degrees.

Using a blender or food processor, grind the cereal to a breadcrumb-like consistency. Move the cereal to a small bowl, and stir in the crushed potato chips, onion and garlic powders, cayenne and black pepper and salt, mixing well.

In a medium bowl, combine the chicken with the pepper sauce and toss to coat.

Shake the excess sauce from each chicken nugget and coat the pieces evenly with the crumb mixture. Place the crumb-covered nuggets on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

Bake the nuggets for 10 minutes, then flip them over and bake until the outsides are crispy and the chicken is cooked throughout, about 10 additional minutes. Remove from the oven and cool slightly before serving.
