Thai Iced Coffee

Thai Iced Coffee

Bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Stir in coffee mix. Simmer over medium-low heat 20 minutes.

Stir in sugar to taste. Strain through sieve lined with cheesecloth. Chill thoroughly, 1 hour.

For each drink, pour over ice and stir in 3 to 4 tablespoons half-and-half or to taste. Serve immediately.
