Boys’ basketball: Eight teams in scrimmage on Tuesday at St. John Bosco

Eight basketball teams will be at St. John Bosco on Tuesday for scrimmages. Teams will play 16-minute halfs, then rest while two other teams play.

Action begins at 3:30 p.m. with St. John Bosco facing Gardena Serra. At 4 p.m., Long Beach Poly plays Rancho Dominguez. At 4:30 p.m., St. John Bosco plays Rancho Dominguez. At 5 p.m., Serra plays Poly. At 5:30 p.m., Serra plays Rancho Dominguez.

At 6 p.m., St. John Bosco plays Poly. At 6:30 p.m., Redondo plays Village Christian. At 7 p.m, Village Christian plays Cantwell-Sacred Heart. At 7:30 p.m., Compton plays Redondo. At 8 p.m., Village Christian plays Compton. At 8:30 p.m., Redondo plays Cantwell. At 9 p.m., Compton plays Cantwell.
