Boys’ basketball: Long Beach Poly’s Drew Buggs will be back in January

Beware of Long Beach Poly’s basketball team come January.

Standout guard Drew Buggs has a knee fracture and should be back in early January.

The Jackrabbits will also get eligible 6-foot-9 John Duff, a transfer from Venice.

And 6-9 Myles Johnson could become available, too, after sitting out with injury.
