Fidel Romo of Banning High makes a 54-yard field goal.
Possessing one of the strongest legs in Southern California is Fidel Romo of Banning in the Inland Empire.
He made a 54-yard field goal on Friday night against Perris.
He’s a 6-foot-2 senior.
