Football: Jimmy Nolan is new coach at Lakewood
Jimmy Nolan, a former head coach at Carson and Compton Centennial, has been hired as head coach at Lakewood.
Nolan is considered a very hard worker and will be a walk-on coach for the Lancers, who have struggled finding coaching stability since Thadd MacNeal left for Carlsbad.
