Santa Ana Mater Dei defensive lineman is a standout
Malik McMorris of Santa Ana Mater Dei, a standout defensive lineman in the Trinity League the last two seasons, said Friday night he has signed with California.
McMorris received rave reviews from opposing coaches but his lack of height scared off some college recruiters.
He’s also one of the state’s top shot putters.
