Football: Muir loses its quarterback for quarterfinal playoff game

Quarterback Dejon Williams, who passed for six touchdowns and had two interceptions last week in Pasadena Muir’s 53-35 win over La Mirada, won’t be able to play in Friday’s Southeast Division quarterfinal game against Los Altos because he was ejected from last week’s game for taunting, Southern Section spokesman Thom Simmons said.
It was after his second taunting penalty of the game that the ejection took place, forcing him to miss the next game under Southern Section rules.
