Golf: Servite wins Western Division team final
Servite won the Southern Section Western Division team golf competition on Monday with a score of 353 at Whispering Lakes Golf Course.
Kyle Kinnane led the Friars with a 68.
Tanner Gunning and Matt Wilson shot 69s.
Dana Hills won the South Coast championship with a score of 371. Clay Feagler and Tanner Podres shot 71 at Talega Golf Course.
In the Eastern Division, Great Oak won the team title with a score of 362 at Los Serranos Country Club. Ryan McCoy and Kendel Hodges shot 70.
Marina won the Southern Division with a score of 360 to edge Sunny Hills at 361 at Mission Lakes Country Club. Troy’s Connor Nelson shot a 65.
San Marcos won the Central Coast Division championship.
Loyola won the Central Division championship.
Westlake won the Northern Division championship. Spencer Soosman shot 70.
