Volleyball: Hayden Boehle leads Loyola into regional final
Hayden Boehle is going to get to end his high school career playing for a championship. The UC Santa Barbara-bound Boehle contributed 31 kills on Wednesday night to help Loyola defeat Buchanan in five sets to advance to Saturday’s Southern California Division 1 regional championship match.
Loyola won, 25-23, 25-22, 20-25, 18-25, 15-10.
The Cubs will face the winner of Huntington Beach-Redondo.
