Watermelon Unleaded

Watermelon Unleaded

Muddle the basil leaves in a cocktail shaker, then add the lime juice, agave and watermelon juice. Fill a Tom Collins glass with ice, then pour the ice from the glass into the shaker. Seal the shaker and shake until the shaker is very cold, 4 to 6 seconds. Pour the contents into the glass, top with sparkling water and garnish with the sprig of mint.
