White grape sparkler

White grape sparkler

In a highball glass, layer the grapes, sage leaves, lemon juice, syrup, pear juice and soda. Muddle the ingredients, then stir and top with crushed ice. Garnish with the thinly sliced grape leaves and sage sprig.
