I feel if I get the job, that boosts my ego enough. If a director believes in me enough to give me the job, he can say whatever he wants after that, and it's not going to break me down."

Fox is planning to air a special featuring what is being described as a “lost interview” with O.J. Simpson in which he gives his thoughts on what happened on the night of the murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman.

The two-hour “O.J. Simpson: The Lost Confession?” which will air March 11, will include the “lost”  2006 interview with Simpson conducted by famed book publisher Judith Regan. Simpson during the discussion gives what the network describes as a “hypothetical account” and “disturbing” details about the night of the slayings.

Soledad O’Brien will host the special, which will also include input by a panel of analysts. Public service announcements about domestic violence awareness will run throughout the special.

“Everything they make tells a story,” Kristen Stewart said of Chanel as she arrived at a private party in West Hollywood celebrating the Chanel Beauty House, the brand’s interactive beauty pop-up. “The team at Chanel that puts the makeup together, they sit and theorize and think of the stories that they want to tell through makeup.”

Before stepping foot inside the temporary space, Stewart, who has a long-standing relationship with the French fashion house, sang the praises of Chanel’s global creative makeup and color designer.

“Lucia Pica is the most talented person I’ve ever met,” she said. “She designs most of the makeup at Chanel. She’s this intrinsic, natural artist. She’s truly instinctive in the way that she approaches things.”

The women in “9 to 5” may have had the first high-profile #MeToo moment when they banded together against their boorish boss back in the day — so it only makes sense that a reboot of the 1980 movie would be especially timely right about now.

For fans of the original, having the old cast eager to jump back on board makes it even better.

An overhauled version of the comedy, adapted for modern female audiences, is in the works at 20th Century Fox, Deadline reported Wednesday.

“The Daily Show” correspondent Hasan Minhaj will be the first Indian American host of a weekly comedy talk show, Netflix announced Thursday.

Minhaj will explore the cultural and political landscape on the show, which received an order for 32 episodes and is set to premiere later this year.

“Each week, Minhaj will bring his unique comedic voice and storytelling skill to investigate the larger trends shaping our fragmented world,” the streaming service said in a statement.

Street artist Sabo has again popped up in Hollywood ahead of an awards ceremony, this time preceding the Academy Awards with a riff on “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri” in protest of child abuse in the entertainment industry.

Now he is looking for tickets to the Oscars, which he said he would attend with a particularly provocative guest: Milo Yiannopoulos , the conservative commentator and hell-raiser.

“MILO SAID HE'D GO WITH ME TO THE OSCARS IF I GOT THE TICKETS. CAN ANYONE SET THIS UP FOR US. WE'D BE THE BELLS OF THE BALL,” Sabo tweeted Thursday.

I'm not fearful of death, I'm really not. I'm just frustrated by the nagging demands of so much to do and so little time. When I was 40 looking at 60, it looked a thousand years away. Now 80 looks like a week away. I'm not going out with a whimper.

Quentin Tarantino’s next film will be titled “Once Upon a Time In Hollywood” and will star Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio, it was announced Wednesday by the Sony Pictures Motion Picture Group.

The film has been shrouded in mystery and conjecture up to this point, with many rumors that it somehow related to Charles Manson and the Tate-LaBianca murders. According to the news release, the film’s release date will be Aug. 9, 2019, which is also the 50th anniversary of the shocking news regarding the murder of actress Sharon Tate and four others in Los Angeles.

In a news release, Tarantino describes the film as “a story that takes place in Los Angeles in 1969, at the height of hippy Hollywood. The two lead characters are Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio), former star of a western TV series, and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt). Both are struggling to make it in a Hollywood they don’t recognize anymore. But Rick has a very famous next-door neighbor … Sharon Tate.”

Keith Richards says his recent comments about Mick Jagger being too old for fatherhood “were completely out of line,” and for that he is sorry.

Of course, Richards was a bit more blunt when he opined to the Wall Street Journal that his “randy” Rolling Stones bandmate was past due for a vasectomy.

“It’s time for the snip — you can’t be a father at that age,” Richards told WSJ’s magazine. “Those poor kids!”
